a disciple of Jesus in today's world.

The ELCA National Youth Gathering will take place in New Orleans in July of 2009. Registration will take place during this summer. The National Youth Gathering draws over 30,000 youth from around the country for a week of music, meeting, and mission. New Orleans will host us, and in return, this gathering will be focused on serving the community and gaining a deeper understanding of our call to live faithfully in the world. Youth who will be in grades 9-12 during the 2008-2009 school year are encouraged to participate. On Sunday, May 18th, between services, there will be an informational meeting for interested parents and youth. Registration details will be available in June.
